At JOMA SPORTS HK, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all Joma tags still attached.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the sports gear and send it to our Hong Kong warehouse using a tracked courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
